Time required: 2 minutes at the end of each hour (or fill it in at the end of the day from memory).

The goal: You're not trying to change anything yet. You're just observing. The data will speak for itself.

What Does This Tell You?

If more than 30% of your working hours are in "Low-Value" or "Displacement" — you're paying yourself minimum wage to do work that doesn't need you.

If "Personal" time is less than 20% of your waking hours — your balance is broken.

If you answered "Yes" to "Could someone else do this?" on more than 5 hours per day — you know what needs to happen next.
