🚧 Boundary Gap Assessment

2B Frank Coaching — reclaimyourtime.co.uk

Instructions: Read each scenario honestly. Tick "Guilty" if this is something you do regularly (not just once). Tick "Not me" if you've got this one handled. Count your "Guilty" answers at the end.

Be honest. Nobody sees this but you. The only person you cheat is yourself.

1A client calls you after 7pm and you answer it.
2You check work emails first thing in the morning before getting out of bed.
3You've cancelled personal plans (dinner, gym, seeing friends) because something "came up" at work.
4You work on weekends — not because of a genuine emergency, but because you "may as well get ahead."
5You eat lunch at your desk while working — or skip it entirely.
6You say yes to projects or requests even when you know you don't have capacity.
7You've checked work notifications while on holiday.
8Your phone is on the table during meals with family or friends.
9You don't have a set time when your workday ends — it just sort of... fades out.
10You feel anxious or restless when you're NOT working.
11You've said "I'll relax once this project is done" — and then immediately started another one.
12You reply to work messages within minutes — even at 10pm.
13Someone in your personal life has said something like "you're always on your phone" or "you're never really here."
14You feel guilty delegating tasks because "it's quicker to just do it myself."
15You can't remember the last time you did something purely for enjoyment — with no productive purpose.

Your Score: Count Your "Guilty" Answers

Write your total here: _____ / 15

0–3: Your boundaries are solid. You're in the minority — protect what you've built.
4–7: Cracks are forming. A few key boundaries are missing and they're starting to cost you.
8–11: Your boundaries are porous. Other people's priorities are running your life. This needs attention.
12–15: You have no boundaries. Your business owns you. This is unsustainable and something will break — your health, your relationships, or your motivation. Change is not optional.

This assessment shows you where the gaps are. It doesn't tell you how to close them. That's what the Reclaim Your Time programme is designed to do.
